Hire Hub was developed and is provided by Astra Software Solutions. This app is intended for job seekers and employers to connect, create profiles, upload resumes, and manage job opportunities efficiently.

Job Seekers:

• Name, email, phone number, location
• Resume, profile picture, education, work experience, skills, languages, certifications (not all fields are mandatory)

Employers:

• Name, company name, contact details, location

Uploaded Files:

Job seekers may upload resumes and profile pictures, which are securely stored.

2. Account & Authentication

Users register and log in using email and password. We use custom bearer tokens for secure authentication.

3. Permissions We Require

• Camera Access: To capture a photo for your profile image.
• Gallery Access: To select and upload an image from your device for your profile picture.
• File Storage Access: To upload your resume from your device.

These permissions are used solely for updating your profile picture or uploading resumes and not for any other purpose.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and manage your profile, resumes, and applications.
• To enable employers to view job seeker profiles and post jobs.
• To send emails for account verification, password recovery, and important updates.
• To process payments for employee registration via Razorpay.

5. Data Sharing

Employers can view job seekers’ profiles and resumes who have registered on Hire Hub (similar to LinkedIn). We do not share your data with other third parties.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. However, no system is completely secure.

7. User Rights

Users can edit, delete, or download their personal information at any time.

8. Children’s Privacy

Hire Hub is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
